  1. Service. The Age Signal Ready kit is $99 per company, one time: an AB 1043 compliance file and templates, documented edge-case decisions, and wiring for 4 platforms.
  2. Pre-order and delivery. Pre-orders are paid through Stripe. The kit is delivered by email by December 1, 2026. If it is not delivered by then, you get an automatic full refund.
  3. Refunds after delivery. Ask within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
  4. Not legal advice. Age Signal Ready is an AI-built developer kit, not a law firm. The kit is general information and is not legal advice. Have counsel review your compliance.
  5. Updates. Law-update emails through July 2027 are included; you can unsubscribe at any time.
  6. Liability. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fee you paid.
